One dashboard for every wedding in your care
Running six weddings from one spreadsheet each is not a system, it is six systems. The planner workspace is the same product the couples use, with a floor above it that reads across every plan at once.
Start planning free →The portfolio, with health rather than titles
Every client wedding shows its budget against target, tasks overdue and due soon, how many vendors are still unbooked and where RSVPs stand — and carries a status of On track, On watch or Attention. You can see which wedding needs you without opening any of them.
One attention feed across the whole book
Everything overdue or due soon, from every wedding, in one list. A payment two weeks late on a wedding in October surfaces beside a task due Friday on the one in June — which is exactly the comparison a planner cannot make by opening tabs.
Templates you build once
Save a checklist or a budget that works, then apply it to any wedding in a click and it creates the tasks or the lines. The setup you redo for every new client stops being retyped. Templates are part of the paid planner tiers.
You plan it as the couple would
Open a client wedding and you are in the same workspace they are — the same budget, guest list, seating chart, website and timeline. Not a planner-flavoured copy that has to be reconciled with theirs afterwards.
Invite the couple into their own wedding
Send them into the plan when you are ready. One wedding, both sides of it, rather than a status email on Sunday nights.
Priced on live weddings, not on history
Your tier counts weddings that have not happened yet. A wedding stops counting once its date has passed, so the portfolio you have built is never a reason to delete a client. Starter is free for one live wedding; Solo is €39 a month for five, Season €89 for twenty, Agency €179 for unlimited plus team seats.
Is there a free plan for wedding planners?
Yes — Starter is free and carries one live client wedding with the full couple planning toolkit. The paid tiers add the portfolio dashboard, reusable templates and more concurrent weddings: Solo €39 a month for five, Season €89 for twenty, Agency €179 for unlimited with team seats.
How are client weddings counted?
By how many are live at once. A wedding stops counting against your limit once its date has passed, so past clients stay in your portfolio without occupying a seat — you never have to delete history to take on a new booking.
Do my couples get their own login?
Yes. You invite the couple into the wedding you are planning and they work in the same plan you do, rather than receiving a copy of it. Every wedding you plan on a paid tier carries couple Premium.
Can I reuse a checklist across clients?
That is what templates are for: save a checklist or a budget once and apply it to any wedding, which creates the tasks or budget lines in that plan. Templates are part of the paid planner tiers.
The tool pages say what the product does. The guides carry the law, with the fees, the notice periods and the sources behind them.
Wedding planning checklist
The real tasks — book the officiant, choose catering, send invitations — grouped and dated against your wedding day, so this month's work is visible.
Wedding budget planner
Ten categories, from venue to honeymoon, with what you planned against what you have paid. Amounts keep the currency they were entered in.
Wedding day-of timeline and run of show
A timed run of show for the wedding day — and you can share single rows with single vendors, so your photographer sees their call time and nothing else.
Where is it easiest to marry in Europe?
Portugal takes tourists. Spain wants two years' residency. France wants forty days. Greece wants €18 and a week's notice. The honest comparison.
Getting married in Italy as a non-resident
The four documents every foreign couple needs, why the nulla osta has to be issued inside Italy, and the town-hall appointments nobody warns you about.
Elos Weddings is one shared plan — the guest list, the budget, the wedding website, the seating chart and the day-of timeline in the same place, with your partner in it too. Free to start, and Premium is €149 once rather than every month.
Start planning free →Destination wedding planning
Paperwork in one country, guests in six, money in two currencies and a venue you have seen twice. Planning a wedding abroad is a logistics job before it is a design job.
