You must be at least 18 years old to use Elos. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tryelos.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Elos provides tools to help couples plan their wedding, including AI-powered suggestions, vendor tracking, budget management, and collaboration features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Elos uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or enter into Elos. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We will not sell or share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use Elos for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform or its AI features.
• Resell or sublicense access to Elos without our written consent.

Some features of Elos require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed at checkout and billed in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@tryelos.com.

All platform design, code, trademarks, and AI models are the property of Elos or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Elos is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which Elos is established. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
